Once again, the player sponsorship campaign has had a fantastic response from
our members at the Leeds United Fan Club. Forty-five of us have contributed to
the cause again this season and it's been great to see members pulling together
to make this happen. It was a much larger target to reach again this season and
it is a great reflection on our Fan Club that we have been able to sponsor a
Leeds United player once again.
When we first came in as player sponsors three seasons ago, Leeds United FC was
at its lowest ebb. Since then we have continued to be directly involved in
supporting the club during these difficult times. Now the club has started to
recover and has made the first steps back to where we all believe we should be.
It's fantastic that once again we are directly supporting the club in this way,
as we (hopefully) continue our journey onwards and upwards.
I hope all our members enjoy the continued association with Patrick Kisnorbo and
that our player sponsors feel rightly proud of their part in our sponsorship of
Patrick. He has had a very tough time over the last couple of seasons and I know
that he is very appreciative of our support.
Thank you again to all our player sponsors for their very generous support of
the player sponsorship campaign this season. Remember to look out for the
